Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing some users to experience issues when creating an incident or accessing a past incident. We have determined that this is a UI issue, and customers are still able to use commands from Slack or MS Teams to generate an incident. Our team has identified a fix and is in the process of rolling it out.

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing some users to experience issues when creating an incident or accessing a past incident.
