Outage Details

As of 11:47 UTC we were alerted to instances in the US Central region (prod-us-central-3 and prod-us-central-4 clusters, specifically) being unreachable. Users attempting to access their instances in either cluster will experience an "ERR_TIMED_OUT" screen and be unable to load the instance. Engineering is actively engaged and working towards resolution. We will provide updates as more information is shared.

We have experienced continued success and no further reports of issues accessing instances hosted on the prod-us-central-3 or the prod-us-central-4 clusters. Considering this incident resolved.

Engineering has applied changes to restore service to the prod-us-central-3 and the prod-us-central-4 clusters. As of 12:22 UTC, users should now be able to access their instances as expected.

We will monitor for a period of 30 minutes to ensure continued reachability of instances in these clusters.
