Guru Analytics experiencing sporadic loading issues

We are still awaiting further updates from our analytics provider as they make progress on working through this. We will continue to monitor the issue and share updates as we learn more.

While the impact of this incident is limited, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We are currently awaiting updates from our analytics provider as their team investigates the issue, and Guru's team is on-hand to assist with troubleshooting and seeing the issue through to resolution as quickly as possible.

We are continuing to work with our 3rd party data analytics provider to correct loading problems for the small subset of users impacted by this issue. We will keep this incident open until this is resolved.

We have confirmed that this issue is only impacting a small subset of users and are actively working towards a resolution in collaboration with the 3rd part analytics vendor we use, Looker.

Guru's Analytics feature is currently experiencing sporadic performance issues for some users where it is not loading as expected. We are working to identify the root cause and implement a solution for the users impacted.
