Degraded performance on US-1

Continued monitoring shows performance as standard levels. We are resolving this incident at this time.
There was no data or ingest loss. Impact was delayed ingest & delayed querying, which may include alerts.

We have completed the deploy to all of the US instances, and see performance returning to expected levels. We're continuing to monitor and will update once the issue is fully resolved.

We have completed the deploy to part of the US-1 instance, and are seeing performance improvements. We're continuing to deploy to the rest of the instance, and will update once complete.

We are doing a rolling deploy to continue mitigation, expect small hiccups in page loading and some queries may be stopped.

Restart is complete. We're continuing to mitigate performance, and query performance is still impacted, but other components have resumed standard performance parameters.

We're restarting the instance, which will bring down ingest & UI access for the next 5-10 minutes.

We've identified a performance degradation on the US-1 instance of LogScale, and are working to remediate.
Performance impact began at approximately 0600 PDT / 1300 UTC.
