From 10:20-10:35 am, and 11:42 am-12:38 pm, a small subset of customers may have experienced intermittent issues when attempting to log in to the Kandji Web App or enrolling a device. The underlying issue has been confirmed to be resolved. Please reach out to our support team if you believe you have experienced, or are continuing to experience an issue.

Shortly after 12am Pacific customers may have intermittently experienced an inability to log into the Kandji Web App, due to an increased error rate around authentication of requests. Our engineering teams worked to identify the issue and verified full resolution 2:30am Pacific.
