Outage Details

We have identified an issue with Nylas, our third-party for Microsoft Exchange email/calendar integrations. This issue will affect emailing and scheduling in Lever for accounts that use Exchange/Nylas. Nylas is investigating, and you can see additional updates here: https://status.nylas.com/incidents/yp3mwnxnwwrq. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from Nylas.

Nylas reported that the API issues they were experiencing are fully resolved: https://status.nylas.com. Lever users should no longer experience issues with the email/calendar integration due to this, but please reach out to us at Support if any additional assistance is needed: https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/requests/new
