Outage Details

We have now changed the minimum encryption levels as communicated to clients. The minimum TLS encryption on all internet connections to LMAX Global services has been raised to version TLS 1.2 and/or TLS 1.3 for our London Professional platform. The change was applied on Saturday 25th March 2023. Please ensure your SSL/TLS libraries support TLS 1.2 and/or TLS 1.3 when connecting to LMAX Global over the internet.
