[PRODUCTION] Disturbance on payments (3D Secure Authentication)

Since 12:04 PM UTC a fix has been implemented and the situation is back to normal , we will keep monitore these services for the next hours


The incident impacted all issuers processed by WorldLine (LBP, BNPP, SG, HSBC, BPCE, CDN).
The impact was slightly different regarding the scheme used :
* CB --> Authentication are mostly accepted in frictionless, but authorization scucces rate is low
* VISA and MC --> Authentication are declined

You may experience "Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication has failed -101301- " errors since 11:10 AM UTC.

These disturbances are due to an issue with the following banks : Caisse Epargne (Natixis), La banque postale and BNPP
