We've received reports from some users that they're unable to manage their Skype Credits and subscriptions, or that they've received duplicate charges. We've reviewed these reports and found that services responsible for processing charges aren't performing as expected. We're working to address these issues to prevent further instances of impact as well as determine how to best address the duplicate charges.
