Dear Motive Customers, Earlier today from 7:15 to 8:15 AM PT, our platform experienced a delay in sending event notifications for up to 1 hour. All notifications are now currently being sent in real-time. A service provider incurred a disruption that affect our notification processing, but that is now resolved. We are currently working to ensure third-party disruptions do not result in any delay to your notifications going forward. We apologize for the delay and thank you for patience. Thank you again from all of us here at Motive.

Event notifications have been sent in real-time since 8:15 AM PT, and any delays in historical driver or vehicle location reports or views are now real-time again as well.
