Dear Valued Customer, We are experiencing a disruption for majority of services and products (excluding the Last Mile). Currently, the data consumption issue does not allow to handle your shipment details updated properly. No data loss is expected. Our engineering team is investigating on the issue and will get back to you once we have further details from them. Dear Valued Customer,

We have detected the root cause of the malfunction we are facing with. The full-operating recovery for affected modules is in progress.

The current situation looks as follows:

1) LTL rating and dispatch has recovered completely. We will continue to monitor this.
2) POST/GET requests to initialize shipments and get updates are functioning successfully.
3) Ocean updates are up and running, with the exception of ocean door to door tracking and barge, which are both still being worked on.
4) Truckload and LTL tracking is still recovering and we are seeing a lag in tracking as we continuing to monitor improvements.

We will diligently keep you posted about the newest updates and statuses.
