For now we advice you to only use standard shipment services of PostNL to keep meeting the expectations of your customers. Pickup points are not affected, you can keep using this option. The Bpost status webservice is not responding. Because of this outage, you may experience that orders receive no status updates. This may also affect our email notifications as they are dependent on the statuses. We have contacted Bpost and are awaiting their response.
