Update: We believe the slowness and sporadic failures of IoT portal has been resolved by rolling back trail-release last night into part of US customers. Please report back if any further issues. Thanks!
We implemented fix and so far we observed performance is back to normal. We will keep observing and diagnosing.
We confirmed degraded performance of portal landing across all US IOT customers. We are still investigating the root cause.
