Production Environment Service Degradation

The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting Email Sending within our production environment. This issue began at 2023-04-26 15:05 UTC and was resolved at 2023-04-26 23:00 UTC. During the impacted timeframe, a subset of customers may have experienced delays with Email Sending delivery.

The Salesforce Technology team will follow up with further communication to impacted customers if any further action is required.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The fix that was implemented has had positive results. Email Sending backlogs appear to be clearing at a more acceptable threshold at this time. We are continuing to monitor results.

Users can access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may be unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.
