Degraded service at cloud provider

AWS has fixed the main networking issue and our services are recovering. More of our users are now able to make connections. System error rates are steadily decreasing but still much higher than usual. We're continuing to monitor and will update again once we're back to normal operational levels.

AWS has confirmed that it is having a major outage due to network device failures, and they are actively working to remediate the issue. This has a severe impact on Parsec APIs. Users will continue to see errors until this is resolved.

One of our cloud providers, AWS, is returning an increased error rate that is causing degraded performance for some of our users. We are monitoring the situation and will post updates when we have more information.
