Outage Details
One of our payment providers is returning an increased error rate that is causing degraded performance on the Warp and Teams Dashboard. We are unable to process new signups or license changes until this is resolved.
This only impacts our payment services; other non-payment services are not affected.

Parsec services are now very close to normal operational status. We're continuing to monitor and will update again once we're back to normal operational levels.
