We are starting to see a recovery in the leaderboards APIs, but given the backlog of leaderboard score updates, it may still be about an hour to full recovery.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
Leaderboard related APIs are having a high rate of 5XX errors and high latency with some leaderboards. The cause is a storage upgrade which is taking longer than expected to complete.
