We have identified various errors and issues users may experience related to a current AWS outage. Users may experience issues when using AppSwitcher, Printing forms or editing forms in the various products. Performance issues and site latency may also occur.

All issues that were observed due to the AWS outage resolved and all services are back to working as expected. Users should no longer see issues related to printing, editing forms, or Appswitcher. We apologize for any inconvenience this AWS related outage caused.

We have received an update via AWS (Amazon Web Services) that the issues they were experiencing are beginning to resolve. Users will begin to see the previously reported performance, printing, AppSwitcher and form editing issues resolve. We will be monitoring and share when all services are restored to normal performance.
