The issue is now resolved and users should no longer receive Bad Gateway errors or have issues with Application Snapshots or Attachments. Please contact support if any new issues arise.
We are currently investigating reports of Bad Gateway messages and inability to access the Site. In addition users that are able to access have experienced errors when accessing Attachments or Application Snapshots.
This issue impacts select districts. Not all users are impacted.
