The QuickAlerts UI is temporarily unable to create new QuickAlerts expressions or display a list of QuickAlerts expressions to the user while we upgrade the database. Currently active QuickAlerts expressions will continue to be processed. We anticipate this to take ~30 minutes to resolve.
