Auth0 has resolved their issue and authentication is back to normal.
We are still waiting for the AWS resolution to the us-west-2a connectivity issue.

We identified one of the availability zones in us-west-2 has problems with outbound internet connections, so we have rerouted traffic through another availability zone, which have resolved the ingestion errors we previously had.
