Outage Details

We identified an issue preventing HSBC UK customers from receiving their transactions. As a result, a proportion of customers using HSBC UK will experience delays getting their transactions from the 1st of June. We are still working with our third party, HSBC UK, to resolve this issue.

This issue is now resolved. All services continue to perform as expected.

We identified an issue preventing HSBC UK customers from receiving their transactions. As a result, a proportion of customers using HSBC UK will experience delays getting their transactions from the 1st of June.
