The service has been restored for customers in the US and Canada. Sage 50 is available and performing as expected.
While we keep the service under close monitoring we advice our customers to log out and log in if they are still facing any issues.
We have identified a network issue preventing customers in the US and Canada from activating Sage 50.
Additional information for Sage 50 US customers only:
We're currently experiencing an issue that is preventing product activation, entitlement updates, and onboarding to connected services, users may also experience extreme slowness or "not responding" when opening the program. It may take 5 to 10 minutes or even longer, but the program will open eventually, so just allow it as long as it needs.
