Performance Degradation Intermittent login errors

At 16:12 UTC, the teams have performed server restarts and are seeing positive results. We are validating the service and performance levels before declaring an all-clear.

At 14:35 UTC on December 05, 2022, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a performance degradation affecting Marketing Cloud Intelligence customers. Customers may experience application programming interface (API) calls that aren’t returning in the time expected or intermittent login errors. To mitigate the issue, the team has rolled back a recent change however this has not resolved. The teams are currently investigating additional paths to resolution.
