Feature Degradation

Upon investigation, the team observed a potential issue where some services went unresponsive. In an effort to resolve the issue, the team restarted the impacted services. Initial reports indicate positive outcomes. We are currently monitoring the instance performance levels.

At 04:29 UTC, on February 8, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a feature degradation impacting the Analytics services on multiple instances.
During this feature degradation, customers can access their dashboards however they may see delayed data due to issues running the Analytics query. We are currently investigating the issue and exploring multiple paths to resolution.
