Incident in Analysis/Intelligence on US2, EU2

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, accessing Analysis/Intelligence via the SAP Concur website was below expected level. Users may have experienced an error, "Please try again" after clicking the Analysis/Intelligence option under the Reporting tab. To check if your company is affected by this incident, please log onto the Personalized Concur Open website.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team is currently investigating a potential rollback of a recent change to restore service.
