Engineers have identified the cause of the issue and are taking action to resolve. Estimated time of resolution is not available. The team determined scope of impact is limited to only customers that receive SMS notification messages at their mobile phones; we are changing status to service degradation.

Sierra Wireless is experiencing a disruption with the SMS services. Since ~12:00 UTC SMS message delivery is failing. We are still investigating to determine cause and scope of the impact. No ETR is currently available. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
