Es sind keine weiteren Auffälligkeiten aufgetreten, sodass die eingehende Erreichbarkeit auf IVR-Menüs wieder gegeben ist.
Das Problem wurde behoben und die IVR-Ansage wird bei eingehenden Calls nun wieder normal abgespielt. Sicherheitshalber beobachten wir die Situation jedoch noch eine Weile.
Wir haben die Ursache des Problems gefunden und arbeiten an der Lösung.
Wir bemerken, dass die IVR-Menüs einiger Kunden eingehend nicht erreichbar sind und für Anrufer eine Fehleransage ertönt. Wir suchen derzeit die Ursache.
