Our Engineering team have confirmed the pending transfers have started being sent out for some sellers. If you have Automatic transfers set up on your account, funds are sent with Faster Payments and can take up to two hours to reflect in your account balance. We will continue to monitor all the transfers and will confirm when we have confirmation that this issue is fully resolved.
Our teams are actively working with the banks to send all the pending transfers as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We'll provide an update as soon as it comes to hand.
Our engineering team has implemented a fix for the issue we saw earlier where bank accounts were unlinked as a result of the Delayed Transfers issue. All previously unlinked bank accounts have now been relinked to Square accounts. We will have more to share on outstanding transfers within the next few hours. We have received reports of some Sellers receiving an email asking to "relink a new bank account." This is email was sent automatically as a result of the Delayed Transfers issue we are still investigating. Please disregard this email and do not edit your linked bank account information. Our engineers are currently working to implement a fix. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
