Our engineers have confirmed this can occur where an item exists in an inventory with set minimum and maximum modifiers. This issue is currently only impacting the Retail app for Square Register. iOS devices are not impacted. We've started rolling out an early update to app version 5.97 for impacted accounts. If you have experienced crashes of this nature on Square for Retail on Square Register, please check for any available updates: 1. Tap the down arrow at the top of your Square Register. 2. Select Settings. 3. Tap Hardware > General > About Register. 4. Tap Software Update. If there is no update, your software is up to date. Our team is continuing to monitor this issue for sellers experiencing unexpected crashes per the above conditions and will continue to work on rolling out 5.97 for impacted sellers.
