Issue reported as being with Optus mobile phones requiring a fix at Optus end. Fix appears to have been applied.
Still receiving reports of problems.
Issue has been identified as a problem with Vodafone. Our sms carrier has advised has been rectified. We will monitor until we are confidant that texts are once again working successfully.
