Engineers have identified an issue with Audience Sizing / Discovery in the Ireland, Germany, Tokyo, and Sydney regions. Efforts are underway to remediate those services.
Engineers are still working to remediate the issue. Current estimation is that regions may start seeing recovery within 60 minutes. Next update when more information is available.
