We are currently investigating the issue. The symptoms are that either adding new repository or installing Travis CI GitHub App from scratch results in repositories not being activated and builds cannot be triggered.

You may need to reinstall Travis CI GitHub App if you added a new repository or created a new account between 19 December 2022 12:06:34 and 20 December 2022 GMT 13:00:00.

User synchronization operational. The queue drain was finished at GMT 13:00. We will be monitoring the situation over next hours, looking for any remaining issues caused by the incident. We're draining the pending messages to GitHub API queue. It may take some time before all affected accounts are enabled again.
