Super SIM Network Connectivity Issues

We are no longer experiencing Super SIM Connectivity issues and service is operating normally at this time.

We are now seeing recovery of the Super SIM connectivity issues. We are continuing to monitor for service stability. We will provide another update in 2 or as soon as more information becomes available.

Since 09:09 pacific time, we are experiencing Super SIM connectivity issues. We observed ~5% of active data sessions on Super SIM being dropped, mostly affecting devices connected to the European internet breakout (de1.super). Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 2 hours or sooner once more information becomes available.
