Outage Details

We have identified an issue with network connectivity in our Singapore data centre. The affected cloud servers may experience slow connections or become unreachable. We are working to restore connectivity and resolve the situation as soon as possible.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We’ve restarted a small number of individual servers and are making strides towards fully restoring storage redundancy. You might notice some additional, temporary slowdowns during this period. We also recognize that there could be a slight impact on server and storage maintenance operations.
