The purchasing vendor has mistakenly made a payment to an incorrect account, and Zoho has turned access off for all USO accounts. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working with them and with the purchasing vendor to get this service turned back on as quickly as possible.

After monitoring the situation over the weekend, Information Technology Services (ITS) has confirmed the stability of the Zoho Survey Service. The system should continue operating normally.
In the event that you experience any further issues with the Zoho Survey Service, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at helpdesk@usg.edu or 706-583-2001.
