Delayed Processing in PH Disbursements, Remittances and Withdrawals

This incident has been resolved.

All disbursements, withdrawals and remittances with transaction amounts <=50k PHP are enabled now and pending transactions are also processed successfully.

We continue to monitor the situation and will keep you posted if anything changes. Thanks.

Dear Customers,

Our systems have detected delayed disbursements, withdrawals and remittances processing related UnionBank and SBC partners. While we investigate, we expect the following impact:

- All disbursements and withdrawals <= 50k will be stuck in pending
- All regional remittance payouts with amounts <= 50k to PH banks and ewallets will be stuck in pending
- No impact for transactions with amount more than PHP 50,000.

We will continue to monitor and keep you updated as we work with the partner to investigate the issue.

Please refrain from transacting with amounts less than or equal to 50k PHP in the meantime.
