Dear Customers,
We are experiencing an issue with OVO ewallet transactions that are confirmed to be a partner issue.
Impact:
- Intermittent 503 Channel Unavailable for creating tokenized payment charge, getting end user balance and linking
- End user won't be able to check balance & link account
- Merchants will be able to initiate transactions, but will receive a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE with a HTTP 503 response.
- First triggered at: 2023-07-21 10:35:00+07:00
We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services.
