From 22nd February 2024, we will be migrating all Microsoft 365 mailboxes to our new platform. Once your migration is complete, you will need to perform several actions to ensure a smooth transition: 1) Reset the password for each Microsoft 365 user on your account. https://www.123-reg.co.uk/support/office-365/how-do-i-reset-the-password-for-my-microsoft-365-package/ How to reset your password 1. Log in to your 123 Reg Control Panel and go to the ‘My Products’ section. 2. Click on the ‘Manage All’ option next to the Email & Office category. 3. Select ‘Manage’ next to the name of the user you wish to change the password for. 4. Select ‘Password’. 5. How to reset your password
1. Log in to your 123 Reg Control Panel and go to the ‘My Products’ section.
2. Click on the ‘Manage All’ option next to the Email & Office category.

4. Select ‘Password’.
5. Enter a password, confirm, and set a recovery email (optional).
