Loss of power

This incident has been resolved.

Power has been restored. We are working towards getting EPs available for BTC data. Please note that there are still issues with the server that provides the BTC horse racing file, and the VIP events. We are working on this as a priority.

Power was restored during the night. We are in the process of starting the servers up safely and ensuring that everything is working as expected. Your patience is appreciated, and we will deliver the files as soon as possible.

We would like to provide a further update regarding the power failure at the location of our servers.

The issue is still being actively worked on by engineers onsite. At present, feeds from BTC and Geoff Banks remain affected, and unfortunately we do not yet have an estimated time for resolution.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued patience while work continues to restore services as quickly as possible.
