This incident has been resolved.
We have received confirmation from NetOps that a fix has been implemented and traffic has been restored to normal. Our monitoring is also shows the last 25 minutes have been stable with no drops in traffic. We are still awaiting confirmation on the cause.
The last ten minutes of connectivity appeared stable with no dropped traffic. We are still working with NetOps to understand what is causing the dropped traffic. Currently we do not have an ETA on resolution, but we will provide an update as soon as a root cause is identified. Based on previous patterns this seems to be DDOS related with an upstream provider, but we do not have confirmation yet from NetOps
We are receiving reports of intermittent connectivity issues at the Phoenix datacenter. We have engaged with datacenter NetOps and are actively monitoring traffic. We have seen approximately three drops of five seconds each over the last 5 minutes.
