After monitoring for the last 24 Hours, the issue appears to be resolved.

The networking paths have been restored to ELK and we are monitoring the situation. The network outage lasted approximately 8 minutes, no servers were rebooted, and users can now continue working as usual. We are awaiting a response from the DC NETOPS team at this time as it seems an upstream routing issue caused the network outage.
