Elk Networking Issue

This incident has been resolved.

WAN networking has been fully restored. Our team is actively investigating the root cause of this issue, including why the automated failover did not function as expected. We will provide a follow-up update once our investigation into today’s outage is complete.

Our data center engineering team has brought the network back online and virtual machines should be acquiring WAN access automatically right now. We are still investigating the cause of this outage.

Our data center engineering team is currently onsite at our rack in the ELK data center, actively investigating a network issue. A technician is working to restore connectivity and determine why the WAN failover did not activate as expected. At this time, approximately 30% of clients at ELK are affected. We are treating this as a priority and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

ELK is experiencing a partial network outage at the moment; we are aware of the issue and are actively working on getting this resolved.
