Adeptcore experienced a major network outage at their ELK Datacenter caused by routing problems, which affected the ACP Network component. The datacenter engineers identified and resolved the routing issue, with the incident lasting approximately 122 days before being fully resolved in March 2026.

We identified the issue as a problem with routing to the Datacenter. We can confirm that at this time the outage has been resolved and we will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as necessary.
