Adeptcore experienced a major outage at their ELK datacenter caused by a networking issue that resulted from a routing failover which took extended time to propagate. The incident affected ACP - Nodes and lasted approximately 18.7 days before services were restored. The issue was resolved through collaboration with datacenter engineers, with measures being implemented to prevent similar routing failover delays in the future.
