Aderant Cloud Conflicts - Partial Outage - RESOLVED

We have confirmed the previously reported issue affecting assignment-related actions within the Aderant Conflicts application has been resolved.

The root cause was identified as a code issue, which has now been fixed by our Development team. Conflicts searches have remained fully operational throughout, and users can continue to run and view searches normally. Assignment-related functionality and related File Opening workflows are now fully restored.

A fix has now been pushed to Production. Conflicts searches continued to operate normally for users in the Conflict app as the issue was limited to links in generated emails.

We are currently experiencing a partial outage affecting Aderant Conflicts. Conflicts searches are operating normally. However, users may encounter an access error when assigning searches. This behavior can also impact the File Opening workflow when it relies on search assignment.

The issue is limited to assignment-related actions and does not affect the ability to run or view searches directly within Conflicts.

Our teams are actively investigating and working to restore full functionality. Additional updates will be shared as they become available.
