Outage Details

Our third-party provider, NIPR, has acknowledged a service disruption that may impact certain workflows. Please refer to the AgentSync status page and NIPR’s official updates on their wiki for more information. NIPR weekly billing is delayed for the week of July 2 - July 9. Invoices will not be emailed or viewable in Account Manager on the evening of July 10. NIPR is working quickly to resolve this matter. A notification will be posted once invoices are ready to view.

Update: The issue is resolved. Invoices are now viewable in Account Manager and will be emailed the evening of July 11, 2025.
