Outage on Aiia Connect/Frontend flows

Azure fully mitigated the issue.
Connect flows are back to normal operation.

Azure is addressing the issue, recovery is in progress, with full mitigation expected within 90 minutes.
Flows are starting to work correctly.

Our infrastructure provider, Azure, confirmed there's an issue on their end.
This is what is affecting our frontend application.

We are following up closely with Azure on their resolution plan.

Enterprise flows using the new frontend app, with domain connect.*.com, are also affected.

The Aiia frontend application is experiencing a major outage.
Requests to the Aiia APIs are working, but the frontend application will fail to load on end-users' browsers.

We are actively working on fixing the issue.
