EU Open Finance - Partial outage

A service disruption has been completely resolved for Mastercard Open Finance systems in the Europe region. Customer impact began on 29 Oct 2025, 10:50 CT (15:50 UTC) and was completely mitigated on 29 Oct 2025, 15:39 CT TIME (20:39 UTC).

The impact has been resolved by deploying a fix by Mastercard team.

We are observing service recovery across Mastercard Open Finance systems in the Europe region following the fix applied by Mastercard teams.

Monitoring confirms that impacted flows are gradually returning to normal operation.

We will continue to observe system stability and provide a final update once full recovery is verified.

Mastercard teams have identified potential mitigation steps and are actively working on a workaround to restore services while Microsoft continues to investigate the root cause. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
