Upcoming SE_Handelsbanken and SE_HandelsbankenForetag PIS validator changes

There are upcoming changes for validators for Handelsbanken: SE_Handelsbanken and SE_HandelsbankenForetag Domestic payments: 1. Destination.Name will now support max length of 70 characters. 2. Message will now support max length of 140 characters. SE_Handelsbanken and SE_HandelsbankenForetag Domestic InPayment payments(BankGiro, PlusGiro): 1. Amount.Value must be greater than 1 and less than 10000000000. There can be maxmum 2 decimals. 2. Execution.Date is supported when Execution.Type is equal to SpecificDate. The value can be set minimum 1 day in the future. 3. Destination.Name can now have max length of 70 characters 4. Message can now have max length of 140 characters. SE_Handelsbanken SEPA Private payments: 1. Execution.Date is supported when Execution.Type is equal to SpecificDate. The value can be set minimum 1 day in the future. 2. Destination.Address.Country can have max length of 2 characters. 3. Identifiers.CreditorReference can have max length of 140 characters. Changes are planned to take place on 13th October at 5PM CEST
